1.2. STUDIQ is designed as a comprehensive microlearning platform providing access to educational and edutainment content through various media formats, including but not limited to:

Software and interactive features
Designs, graphics, and illustrations
Photos and images
Animations and videos
Scripts and texts
Music, sounds, and voiceover content
All other integrated content and features

This content is collectively referred to as the "Product Content". When these Terms reference the Product or STUDIQ, such references include all Product Content.

1.3. License Grant and Restrictions. Your use of STUDIQ is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Product, subject to the following restrictions. You shall not (and shall not allow any third party to):

Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Product
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Sell, assign, sublicense, or transfer any rights in the Product
Grant any security interests in the Product

Lost business opportunities

Service interruptions
System failures
Any indirect damages

6.2. Liability Cap

Maximum liability limited to the greater of:

Amounts paid for the Product in the past 12 months
AED 367 (approximately USD 100)

6.3. Essential Purpose

These limitations are fundamental elements of our agreement and apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

7.1. Scope of Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STUDIQ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the Product
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right
Any content you submit or provide

7.2. Defense Rights

Assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification
Require your cooperation in defending claims
